Summer Engagement Promotion

Objective: To drive engagement and website traffic for La Vache Qui Rit during the summer months, while also increasing brand awareness and loyalty among customers.

CLIENT: LVQ

La Vache Qui Rit, a well-known cheese brand, sought to create a summer promotion that would increase engagement with customers and drive traffic to their website. The brand wanted to capitalize on the increased leisure time that many people have during the summer months.

Strategy: As a Senior Art Director at JWT, I lead the development of an online gaming campaign for La Vache Qui Rit, with the idea of offering customers a chance to win prizes such as iPads. The promotion was heavily advertised on the brand’s website and social media channels, with the use of catchy taglines and a clear call to action to visit the website to register and start playing. One of the key elements of the campaign was the use of the iconic shape of the La Vache Qui Rit cheese as a play button, which added a fun and engaging element to the promotion.

Execution: Customers were able to easily register on the brand’s website, where they could access the games and start playing. The promotion was also accompanied by a social media campaign that encouraged customers to share their progress and inviteĀ  friends to join in on the fun. This helped to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic through word-of-mouth recommendations.

Results:

The promotion was a huge success, resulting in a significant increase in website traffic and engagement with the brand. Additionally, customers reported having a lot of fun playing the games and appreciated the opportunity to win prizes. The brand also received positive feedback from customers who enjoyed the games and found the promotion to be a fun and engaging way to interact with the brand. The use of the iconic shape of the La Vache Qui Rit cheese as a play button was a key factor in getting more fun elements into the campaign which was also highlighted by the customers.
